To help us personalize and improve your Calypsoul experience, we collect certain information when you connect with us, including when you:

  • Return or exchange products

  • Create an account on our website

  • Enter a sweepstakes or contest

Information you choose to provide may include:

We’re committed to protecting the rights of children. Our website is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. Please note that Calypsoul will never ask for your password or credit card information over email.


If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you by updating the date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.


Contact us if you’d like to make a Right to Delete request.

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information that we collected or maintain, subject to certain exceptions.

Impacts of deletion include:

  • Your purchase history will no longer be accessible

  • We will not be able to look up your transactions for returns, previous gifts, or repairs

  • You will be required to provide a receipt for any future returns

  • You will no longer have access to your Calypsoul account at 

Please note, we will continue to maintain limited information needed to comply with product recalls, fraud prevention, and other legal and business requirements.

In order to delete your information, the following steps are required by the law:

  • You submit a request to delete, and

  • We will separately confirm with you that you want your information deleted.

Once we receive and confirm your deletion request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, within 45 days, unless an exception applies.


Calypsoul does not sell any collected personal information.
